Terms & Conditions

Registration applications are subject to approval by the Workshop organising committee.
Payment is due prior to the start of the Workshop. Early bird registration rate is only applicable if booked and paid in full before 30 June 2019. From 1 July 2019 the standard registration rate applies.

An invoice with the Workshop bank details will be sent to you upon approval of the registration application. Please make payment on receipt of this invoice.

Delegates attending from countries outside of South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible to cover the bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the Workshop bank account.

No delegates will be allowed entrance to the Workshop without full payment being received.

Cancellations
Due to the nature of this Workshop and the proximity of registration to the commencement of the Workshop itself all registration fees are non-refundable.
Delegates will be liable for invoices issued – as well as in the case of non-attendance to the Workshop.

Please make sure of spelling and any abbreviations before submitting your form as this information provided will be published in the Workshop programme / abstract book.
By registering for the Workshop you agree to the organising committee listing your details, including full name, organisation and email address, in the programme / abstract book.
